Electrosteel Steels has informed that pursuant to Order of the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT Order), the operations of Karvy Computershare Private Limited, the Share Transfer Agents of the Company (KCPL) have been transferred to Karvy Fintech Private Limited (Karvy Fintech) with effect from 17th November, 2018. Therefore the name of the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) has been changed from Karvy Computershare Private Limited to Karvy Fintech Private Limited.
