Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of earlier notice dated 26th September, 2018, Ind-Swift has informed that in the VAT matter of 926 companies/cases being investigated by the VAT Tribunal which was referred for the legal enquiry ; the company was already co-operating with the investigating agency. The agency has however now summoned company’s Director viz. N.R.Munjal for investigation. N.R.Munjal has joined the investigation.
