Gabriel India has informed about submission of the letter dated December 04, 2018 received to the company from BSE vide email dated December 04, 2018 approving reclassification of Promoter Shareholders namely, Kuldip Chand Anand and Prem Anand, as per the provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Earlier, on December 04, 2018, the approval for Reclassification of aforesaid Promoters received from National Stock Exchange of India was submitted by the company to the Stock Exchanges.
