In continuation to intimation dated 12th November, 2018, Ansal Housing & Construction has informed that the company has completed on 05th December, 2018, the transfer of 100% equity Shares held in Rishu Buildtech, pursuant to the Share Transfer Agreement dated 12th November, 2018 with Jambudwip Exports and Imports, Shah Publication and Shahazam Rana. This is further informed that subsequent to the aforesaid transaction, Rishu Buildtech ceased to be wholly owned subsidiary of Ansal Housing and Construction with effect from 05th December, 2018.
