SpiceJet is going to launch 6 new direct flights connecting Chennai with key pilgrim centres like Varanasi and Shirdi besides tourist spots including Port Blair and Bagdogra.
These new flights are scheduled to be introduced from January 10, 2019, except the one on Chennai-Bagdogra route which will start operations from February 11, 2019.
SpiceJet is among the first private companies that stepped into the Indian aviation sector.
