In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the intimation given to the Stock Exchanges on dated April 17, 2014 and May 20, 2014 in response to media releases regarding ongoing litigation between the company its subsidiary Sadbhav Infrastructure Project on the one side and Montecarlo on the other. Sadbhav Engineering has informed that parties have arrived at amicably settlement on the subject matter of dispute and accordingly both the National Company Law Tribunal and Honorable High Court was pleased to dispose of the matter and accordingly the said legal matter now stands closed.
