Borosil Glass Works informs about credit rating

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Borosil Glass Works has informed that the ICRA, a credit rating agency, has reaffirmed the long-term rating of A+ and the short-term rating of A1+ for the Rs 40.00 crore Line of Credit of the company. Further, the rating agency has also assigned the long-term rating of A+ and the short-term rating of A1+ to the additional Rs 20.00 crore long term fund based limits. The ratings continue to remain under 'rating watch with developing implications'. The aforesaid information is also available on the company's website: www.borosil.com.
