Holiday Club Canarias Investment SLU, Spain, step down subsidiary of Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Finland and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India, has acquired 100% stake in Passeport Sante SL, Passeport.

The company is to rent timeshare weeks from Holiday Club Canarias Sales & Marketing SLU which is also a subsidiary of Holiday Club Canarias Investment SLU, Spain. This is in line with the core business of Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Finland.
