These proceedings are under Chapter VI-A of the SEBI Act, 1992, which deals with potential imposition of monetary penalty. This disclosure is being made pursuant to the disclosure policy under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
