The Voting Results in terms of Regulation 44 (3) provided by SEBI Vide Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/8/2015 dated November 4,2015 (enclosed as Annexure-I) and the Consolidated Scrutinizer's Report prescribed in Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-II.
