Career Point has signed a deal with Mumbai based Ed-tech company, Plancess Edusolutions. The management of Career Point and Plancess have agreed and entered into the confidential, exclusive and irrevocable agreements to execute the transaction.
Both the companies together will obtain all applicable regulatory approvals. In the due course, the company will have an exclusive license agreement to sell the Plancess eLearning products.
Career Point caters to the needs of a student throughout the life cycle of a student (KG. to PhD.), while operating in both the Formal and Informal education streams. In the informal Education system, the company has established a strong niche in test preparation and school curriculum tutoring.
