GRP has invested Rs 327.97 lakh as capital contribution in Gripsurya Recycling LLP (GSRL). With this, the company has acquired controlling interest in GSRL, from Grip Polymers., its wholly owned subsidiary. GSRL is engaged in manufacturing of ground rubber from waste tyres at its plant in Pithampur in the state of Madhya Pradesh, since October, 2014.
GRP produces reclaim rubber from scrap of whole tyres, tread peelings, natural rubber tubes, butyl tubes, moulded rubber products for different applications in both, tyre and non tyre rubber products.
