New Delhi Television has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 31, 2012, has accepted the resignation of M/s Price Waterhouse (FRN 007568S) as statutory auditors of the company from the conclusion of ensuing annual general meeting of the company.
Further, the board approved the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse: (FRN 301112E) as statutory auditors of the company, subject to approval of the members of the company, at the ensuing, annual general meeting of the company.
