HDFC Bank inches up on raising Rs 6,000 crore via allotment of debentures

HDFC Bank is currently trading at Rs. 2125.05, up by 2.15 points or 0.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 2122.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2137.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2142.00 and Rs. 2123.80 respectively. So far 10764 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2219.05 on 18-Jul-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1830.00 on 07-Mar-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2142.00 and Rs. 2070.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 578451.54 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 26.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 54.54% and 18.90% respectively.

HDFC Bank has raised Rs 6,000 crore through allotment on a private placement basis 8.44% Unsecured, Redeemable Long Term, Fully Paid-up, Non-Convertible Bonds in the nature of Debentures with 60,000 Bonds of face value Rs 10,00,000 each.
