AU Small Finance Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank will be held on Thursday, 17th January, 2019 at Jaipur, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the bank for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018. Further, in continuation to Regulation 29 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 and the bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, it is informed that the trading window for trading in Securities of the bank shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Other persons from 01st January, 2019 till 19th January ,2079 and hence, they are not permitted to trade in the securities of the bank till 19th January, 2019.
