Endurance Technologies’ step-down subsidiary Endurance Fondalmec S.p.A (EF SpA) has been merged with another step-down subsidiary Endurance FOA S.p.A (EFOA SpA) with effect from January 1, 2019. These two entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Endurance Overseas Srl, Italy, a subsidiary of Endurance Technologies.
This merger is aimed at simplification of the corporate structure and deriving synergies from consolidated operations. Upon merger, EF SpA ceases to exist and the name of EFOA SpA stands changed to Endurance SpA.
The merged entity i.e. Endurance SpA will continue to carry on the business activities viz. Manufacturing of high pressure aluminum die casting components such as en gine, gearbox, transmission parts for automotive sector and machining of such components and Machining and assembly of other metallic components like cast iron and steel.
Endurance Technologies manufactures aluminium casting (including alloy wheels), suspension, transmission and braking products. The company’s products include aluminium casting, which offers high pressure die castings, low pressure die castings, gravity die castings etc.
