The Goa government has reportedly entered into an agreement with NTPC for assistance in procuring 100 electric buses and setting up charging stations at all major bus stands across the state.

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
