As per the ’Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ laid down by the company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Housing Company has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for the Designated Persons of the company with effect from 7th January, 2019 till the date of Board Meeting proposed to be held for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018 and the Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results. The aforesaid Intimation is given under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
