In continuation to earlier letter dated December 20, 2018, Noida Toll Bridge Co. has informed that appeal filed by the company before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) against the tax demand raised by the Income Tax Department for the Assessment Years 2006-07 to 2014-15, was heard by the ITAT on January 2, 2019 and as informed by the company’s Legal Counsel, the matter was adjourned till February 6, 2019 and status quo has been directed to be maintained till such time.
