NHPC shuts down Dulhasti Power Station completely for replacement work

NHPC’s Dulhasti Power Station (390 MW) in the state of Jammu & Kashmir has been under complete shutdown with effect from January 03, 2019 to January 12, 2019 (tentative). The shutdown is for work of replacement of By-Pass Line valves of MIV. This will cause tentative loss of 21.4 MUs and 0.55% in PAF.

NHPC is engaged in electric power generation by hydroelectric power plants. The company is also engaged in contracts, project management and consultancy works.
