KP Energy has informed that Board of Directors at their meeting held on 05th day of January, 2019, commenced at 05:00 pm and concluded at 06:15 pm, has approved the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2018; Approved the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company as per IndAS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2018. Further, a copy of financial result as above along with the limited review by the statutory Auditors in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have been annexed herewith.
