IFGL Refractories has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 9th February, 2019 for considering, amongst others, unaudited financial results, both on Stand-alone and Consolidated basis, of the Company for three/nine months ended on 31st December, 2018. In this connection, Trading Window will stand closed with immediate effect and would open 48 hours after financial results approved at said Board Meeting will become available to the public in as much as disclosed/ transmitted to the Stock Exchanges.
