Thirumalai Chemicals has informed that the Board of the company at its meeting held on 7th January 2019 has approved the formation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Netherlands for Marketing & Distribution of TCLs products in Europe the UK and other countries. The Subsidiary in Europe will also handle REACH Compliances. The initial investment will be upto Euro 200,000.
