Vardhman Industries has informed that in furtherance to earlier communications on December 19, 20, 21, 26 and 28 of 2018 in relation to the Resolution Plan submitted by JSW Steel for Vardhman Industries as approved by the Hon'ble NCLT by its order dated December 19, 2018 under S. 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (NCLT Order), JSW had filed an application before the Honble NCLT seeking modifications/clarifications to the NCLT Order. The Honble NCLT, by its order dated January 7, 2019 (received yesterday), was pleased to issue notice on such application and deferred the implementation of the order dated December 19, 2018 till the passing of clarification by the Regular Bench.
