Arvind SmartSpaces is planning to invest Rs 250 crore this year for acquiring and developing new projects across the country. The company is also exploring and evaluating other markets such as Hyderabad for potential opportunities. The company is launching residential project in Pune next month and the company’s first commercial project is in Bengaluru in the next quarter.
Arvind SmartSpaces has projects including residential, commercial and land development projects. The company focuses on creating value added solutions to the lifestyle of the customers.
