Satyam Computer Services has informed that the compensation committee of directors has allotted 12,440 equity shares under stock option plans (ASOP - RSU & ASOP - B) of the company, vide resolution dated August 02, 2012.
Further, the company has informed that, consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 1,176,825,227 equity shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating Rs. 2,353,650,454 to 1,176,837,667 equity shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating Rs. 2,353,675,334.
