TAKE Solutions has proposed acquisition of KAI Research, a US based niche Full service CRO and health research company. With this acquisition, TAKE acquires Phase II and III capabilities in North America adding to its current service offerings in Europe & Asia. The acquisition is expected to close by January 2019. The total consideration for this transaction shall be up to $27 million.
