In terms of Regulations 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BF Utilities has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at Pune, on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, to approve and take on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2018 as reviewed by the Audit Committee.
