Shares related to PSU Banks surges as the Finance Ministry has asked public-sector banks (PSBs) to gradually bring down the government's equity to 52 percent

Punjab National Bank is currently trading at Rs. 82.85, up by 0.80 points or 0.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 82.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 83.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 83.40 and Rs. 82.40 respectively. So far 405044 shares were traded on the counter.

State Bank of India is currently trading at Rs. 303.00, up by 2.50 points or 0.83% from its previous closing of Rs. 300.50 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 301.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 303.60 and Rs. 301.30 respectively. So far 114774 shares were traded on the counter.

Bank of Baroda is currently trading at Rs. 121.55, up by 0.45 points or 0.37 % from its previous closing of Rs. 121.10 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 121.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 122.00 and Rs. 121.00 respectively. So far 123745 shares were traded on the counter.
