JMC Projects (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares by the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company shall remain closed from January 16, 2019 to February 02, 2019. The Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall re-open from February 04, 2019.
