In continuation to the announcement dated January 9, 2019 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dilip Buildcon has informed that DBL Anandapuram Anakapalli Highways, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received the appointed date on January 4, 2019 by the National Highways Authority of India. Further, as per Company's Code of conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from January 16, 2019 to January 18, 2019.
