Reliance Industries shines on reporting 9% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1142.00, up by 8.25 points or 0.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 1133.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1149.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1156.55 and Rs. 1135.50 respectively. So far 207218 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1328.75 on 29-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 872.10 on 06-Feb-2018.

Total income of the company increased by 37.29% at Rs 106454 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 77537 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 8.82% in its net profit at Rs 10251 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 9420 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 55.43% at Rs 162759 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 104718 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
