Panoramic Universal as a part of its overseas foray has invested in the equity shares of Thailand based Seaview Homes Company to the extent of 70% thereby making it a subsidiary of the company. Seaview Homes Company is a Thai company incorporated under the civil and commercial code of Thailand having Registration No: 0835555006350 dated June 05, 2012.
The company has also acquired 100% stake in Namibia based proprietary firm ‘Starting Right Investments Two Two Five’ thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Starting Right Investments Two Two Five is having its registered office in Namibia. The board at its meeting held on August 03, 2012 has approved and taken note of it.
Panoramic Universal engages in the hospitality and information technology businesses. The company owns and operates hotel properties in India, the United States, and New Zealand.
