The results have been consolidated in respect of voting conducted through e-voting and Postal Ballot Form. Further, it is informed that all the Resolutions (Ordinary/Special) set forth in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 8th December 2018 has been passed by the Members of the bank with requisite majority. The Resolutions is deemed as passed on the last date of voting, that is, Thursday, 17th January 2019. In this connection, the company submits a copy of Scrutinizers report dated 18th January 2019 issued by Raghavendar Rao D., Practising Company Secretary (Membership No. ACS 35788/C.P. No.13407), Scrutinizer for the said e-voting process.
