This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on February 04th, 2019, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors/ officers/ designated employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
