Nitta Gelatin India has informed that notice is hereby given to all designated persons that the Trading Window, vis-a-vis trading in shares of the company, will remain closed from 26th January, 2019, since the company proposes to hold its Board Meeting on 6th February, 2019 and publish the approved unaudited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 by 6th February, 2019. The window shall open 48 hours after the Board Meeting is held, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. The Designated persons shall not therefore deal with the securities of the company during the period when the Window is closed.
