Lambodhara Textiles has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Friday, the 8th day of February 2019, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2018. In view of the above and in pursuance of the company’s Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed securities, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed from 22nd January, 2019 and will open 48 hours after announcement of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
