IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has received a termination letter from Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam informing the company of the decision of the competent authority to terminate the contract for IPDS Dhanbad Package.
The nature of the order was to supply of materials & equipment for urban electrification works of Dhanbad package covering two Towns under Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS). The reason for termination is due to slow progress & failure in completion of project.
