M AND B Switchgears has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 13, 2012, to approve and take on record the un-audited quarterly financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, along with the limited review report and to recommend the re-appointment of directors liable to retire by rotation at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.
Further, the board will consider the re-appointment of the statutory auditors, declaration of dividend and book closure date for the annual general meeting of the company and to approve resolution for FPO/ADR/GDR/Preferential Allotment.
