The main object of incorporating Surya Roshni LED Lighting Projects is to comply the terms of LOA for the order awarded, to be executed through Special Purpose Vehicle (SPY) as wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company from Government of Odisha, Housing & Urban Department.

Surya Roshni is into the business of manufacturing electric resistance welded (ERW) steel pipes & lighting products, with facilities at Bahadurgarh (Haryana), Kashipur (Uttarakhand) and Malanpur (Madhya Pradesh).
