With reference to letter dated 23rd January, 2019 intimating the closure of trading window of the company, CG-VAK Software & Exports has informed that the said trading window closure has been extended till 04 February, 2019. Accordingly, the revised trading window of the company under the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, shall remain closed from 23rd January, 2019 to 04th February, 2019.
