Reliance Power reports 32% fall in Q3 consolidated net profit

Reliance Power has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported net loss of Rs 95.54 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 0.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 73.69% at Rs 32.69 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 124.25 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 32.47% in its net profit at Rs 189.30 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 280.34 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 16.91% at Rs 2,151.39 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 2,589.28 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
