Ashoka Buildcon’s arm receives Arbitration Award worth Rs 168.01 crore

Ashoka Buildcon’s step down subsidiary -- Ashoka Highways, Bhandara (SPV) has received Arbitration Award aggregating Rs 168.01 crore inclusive of interest till date and declaratory award against various claims filed by SPV before National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

The Project includes construction, operation and maintenance Chattisgarh / Maharashtra Border-Wainganga Bridge Section from KM 405 to KM 485 of NH-6 in the state of Maharashtra under NHDP Phase IIIA on Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis, awarded by NHAI.

Ashoka Highways, Bhandara is a subsidiary of Ashoka Concession which is a subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon.

Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
