Escorts reports 52% rise in Q3 net profit

Escorts has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported a rise of 52.33% in its net profit at Rs 140.11 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 91.98 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 38.43% at Rs 1,679.48 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 1,213.23 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Escorts offer a comprehensive range of tractors with more than 45 variants starting from 25 to 80 HP. The company also manufactures and markets a diverse range of equipments like cranes, loaders, vibratory rollers and forklifts.
