SORIL Infra Resources touches roof on getting nod for composite scheme of arrangement

SORIL Infra Resources is currently trading at upper circuit of Rs. 299.55, up by 14.25 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 285.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 299.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 299.55 and Rs. 299.00 respectively. So far 1657 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 889.20 on 12-Sep-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 176.10 on 05-Feb-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 340.45 and Rs. 279.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 898.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.71%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.37% and 21.92% respectively.

SORIL Infra Resources has received approval for composite scheme of arrangement amongst the company, its holding company Indiabulls Integrated Services and their subsidiaries.

The scheme aims to streamline the operations and ownership structure of the Company and its holding company, in a manner leading to maximization of stakeholders’ value and diversification of shareholders’ portfolio by providing them direct ownership in each business segments. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2019 has approved the same.
