Mahanagar Gas has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.
The company has reported 19.63% rise in its net profit at Rs 148.32 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 123.98 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 29.50% at Rs 844.72 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 652.30 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
Mahanagar Gas is a city gas distribution company. The company is engaged in the distribution of compressed natural gas (CNG) and piped natural gas (PNG) in Mumbai and its adjoining areas and in the Raigad district in the state of Maharashtra.
