Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cyber Media (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 7th day of February, 2019, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company, standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. Further, also informed that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for dealing with securities of the Company by designated persons shall be closed from 30th January, 2019 to 9th February, 2019.
