Minda Industries has informed that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 6 February, 2019, to consider and take on records the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December, 2018 and the Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December, 2018. Further, it is informed that, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ designated employees of the company from 31 January, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 6 February, 2019.
