Autoriders International has informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14.02.2019 at the company’s registered office to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2018; and any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further as per the company’s code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for the Director/Officers and designated employees of the Company from 31st January 2019 and will open 48 hours after announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting.
