Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, Sharda Motor Industries has informed that next board meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 8th February, 2019, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. Further, pursuant to ‘SMIL Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ the trading window shall remain close from Friday, 1st February, 2019 to Sunday, 10th February, 2019 for all connected persons, dealing in the Company’s shares. So, none of the connected persons can deal in the Company's shares during this ‘Prohibited Period’.
